Feeling saucy.

For the past 6 weeks I’ve been running three times a week, drinking way more water, and completely revamping my diet. I’m not going to lie, part of my intention is to lose weight. I’ve lost ~7 pounds and 2 inches from my waist, which is awesome. But I’m far more impressed and motivated by the huge huge difference I’ve seen in my fitness level, energy levels, and general improvement of mood. I’ve never been able to sustain any level of workout routine before and I am so saddened by that because I’ve clearly been missing out on a lot. I’ve never been more motivated to take care of myself. Go me!
